Strikes, throws, joint locks, grappling, weapons-defenses, and everything in between. Taught at UC Berkeley year-round, the Self-Defense Yongmudo club is one of six martial arts hosted by the UC Martial Arts Program.

Introductory lessons: Interested in joining yongmudo but don't know what it's all about? Check out our classes between January 19-23 to learn some basics!

Spring 2016 - We will have open mat every Friday at 4:30pm. PE students are welcome to join us every third Wednesday of the month (starting in February) from 4:30p-5:30p for a club workout. Remember to pack a T-shirt in your bag for any workout marked (T) in the schedule.

01.25.17 - Promotional ceremony. Join us at 5:30pm for a workout, and stay for the ceremony at the end of class. Black belt meeting at 6:00pm.

2.20.17 - No workout due to the President's Day Holiday.
