Join us for the fall semester, which starts on August 30 with our promotional ceremony. We'll be working out starting at 5:30pm, then will have our black belt meeting at 6pm and have our promotionals soon afterward.

Don't forget about our weekly conditioning class with Elaine (1-2pm Sundays) and our Midrank Clinic, intended for anyone currently tying between a yellow and brown belt, from 2-3pm on Sundays. These classes are not a replacement for Sunday 3-5pm workout.
